Adult Care Worker level 2 apprenticeship training course

Who is it for?

For team members who carry out a duty of care to service users who live in their own home or in a caring environment.

Blended delivery

1-1 facilitated learning sessions with Lifetime Learning Coach, face-to-face and remote teaching, and self study via online learning platform - Aptem.

End point assessment

90 minute on-screen test and 45 minute professional discussion.

Duration

13 months + end point assessment

  • Required to support adults with their daily care and support health and well-being?
  • Required to support individuals with specific needs?
  • Do/will you have appraisals or meetings with your manager where you discuss your personal development in your role?
  • Required to handle information within your workplace and contribute to care plans and daily notes?
  • Are you able to communicate with people with a variety of communication needs?
